The Canadian Experience Class (CEC) is for skilled workers who have Canadian work experience and want to become permanent residents.
You should first create an Express Entry profile. Under the Express Entry system, applicants will be invited to apply for permanent residence based on the information they enter in an online profile. You cannot apply directly to this program unless you are invited to apply.

Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW)

The Federal Skilled Worker Program (FSW) is intended for individuals who have foreign work experience and possess the necessary skills to immigrate to Canada on a permanent basis. Skilled workers are selected as permanent residents by considering factors such as their education, work experience, proficiency in English and/or French, and other relevant criteria.
