The Saskatchewan International Graduate Entrepreneur Stream (SIGE) is for international graduates from a Saskatchewan Institution who want to become an entrepreneur. They must start a new business, buy an existing business or partner in a business in Saskatchewan and must actively participate in the day-to-day management of the business.

The Saskatchewan Farm Owner and Operator Stream (SF) is designed to attract people with proven experience in farming who plan to purchase and manage a farming business in Saskatchewan.
